I graduated from Ecole polytechnique and Ecole des Ponts and hold a Master in Mathematics from Ecole Normale Supérieure. A physicist by training and an economist by passion, I keep a deep interest in Complexity Science, a crucial paradigm to understand path-dependancy, hysteresis, self-organization and other non-linear phenomena that are such common issues when dealing with spatial economics.

I am currently working as Deputy Head of Environment and Climate Policy in French Treasury.

The views and opinions expressed in my academic papers are mine own and do not reflect any official policy or position of the Directorate General of the Treasury.
