I graduated from Ecole polytechnique and Ecole des Ponts and hold a master of science from Ecole Normale Supérieure. A physicist by initial training and an economist by choice, I keep a deep interest in Complexity Science, a crucial paradigm to understand path-dependancy, hysteresis, self-organization and other non-linear phenomena that are such common issues when dealing with spatial economics.

I am currently Deputy Head of Environment and Climate Policy in French Treasury.

The views and opinions expressed in my academic papers are mine own and do not reflect any official policy or position of the Directorate General of the Treasury.
